In 1992 Turners Hill entered into a Town Twinning friendship with Saint-Léger en Yvelines in the Île de France region of France. The active Turners Hill Twinning Association meets at monthly social events and has an annual exchange visit with the residents of Saint-Léger en Yvelines, each town visiting the other on a bi-annual rotation.

At the last AGM, members decided that they wished to continue the friendship post Brexit and a new committee is currently formulating a calendar of social events for UK members and new ways of continuing exchange visits taking into account the issues created by the Covid19 pandemic.
